Maybe the words confused folks. I am reminded of the saying "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." By embrace, I didn't mean celebrate, but study what we can about what may be coming. Otherwise we may spend a lot of resources trying to forestall the inevitable, where they might be better used preparing for climate change repercussions. Meanwhile the navel-gazing seems to have morphed into what cars we are driving. Must be a guy thing.
