We're finding that we are rejecting too many messages that have good thoughts, well expressed, but where the writer cannot resist taking a swipe at others. 

If you think the other guy is wrong, insulting him won't change his mind. 

We can't help it if someone takes offense where none is intended, but deliberate insults will get messages rejected.

Can't we all just get along?
