Hi All,

My first post, be gentle.

I was made aware today of the EPA potentially removing the regulations on
OA when used as a miticide. I feel this would open the doors for a long
release solution, similar to Randy Oliver's experiments.

Here it is:
https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/02/23/2021-03256/oxalic-acid-exemption-from-the-requirement-of-a-tolerance

It says requests for hearings and objections must be filed before April
26th, does anyone have experience with this type of regulation being lifted
and what should be expected?

Amy
