Thanks for the presentation link. I donĀ“t quite understand why formic
drops from 95 to 62% efficacy without brood. Has anyone a good
explanation or theory for that? Hive temperature?

Do only mites in brood get suffocated by, while phoretic mites get
enough fresh air to have higher survival? But that goes against the
fact that the main mite drops is shortly after treatment with formic.
