"One consideration is the packaging of the cut comb honey.  The old good looking plastic boxes are quite expensive. "
Unfortunately, for environmental reasons, plastic packaging is going out of fashion and I have had trouble in selling cut comb honey for that reason.  Is there an environmentally friendly alternative?
