Allen suggested I break down a fairly long list of the above I sent
into sections, but topic.  Here goes one.

Africanized Bees:

What part of the "no need for treatment" in Brazil comes from
climate/weather, resistance to mites, mite genotype or their
interaction?

Why do Africanized bees in Brazil need little or not treatment, while
beekeepers in other parts of Latin America reportedly have to treat?

Why does the density/impact of Africanized bees in the U.S. have a
strong latitudinal gradient in some states (California, Arizona, New
Mexico, Texas, Florida), but this kind of breaks down in the Southeast
with an almost absolute absence/impact?
