> That said, cut comb is easily the most attractive comb honey product.

Cut comb honey is fun to make and is innately attractive to the layman. However, because I produce a pretty good crop of extracted honey, I often sell my comb honey as chunk honey in the old square two and a half pound jars requiring both comb and extracted honey. Also, chunk honey is a good use for the comb that was not constructed well or cut well.

One consideration is the packaging of the cut comb honey. The old good looking plastic boxes are quite expensive. I luckily found a whole case of them at a garage sale. Using the cheaper clam shell cases does not seem as satisfying.
