That's an interesting story.

What exactly do bees in Manhattan produce honey from?

I just have a hard time understanding how anyone who lives in Manhattan
could possibly have a successful beekeeping hobby.  I know there's an
emergence of city beekeeping, but what on earth do they forage ?

Can you name specific honey plants in Manhattan that your bees produce
honey from?
