If the injury is bad enough, the hospitals will still admit you.  At least
in my area, the hospitals are overwhelmed, but not in a state of disrepair.

the biggest threat, in my opinion is simply walking into a hospital without
an N95 mask/respirator and catching the virus.

I know that in my area, hospitals are turning patients away from any
non-acute status, and refusing to let them stay overnight.  Not because
they are out of capacity, but because of the risk of people getting
infected with a hospital stay.
