In western Canada, Bee Maid Beekeeping Supply stores sell 1kg 99.6% for 
$14.95 and will ship anywhere.  Think I've seen a couple of the eastern 
supplies list it also.  It's been my experience that Canadian Border 
Services (CBS) tends to tie up incoming international shipments of even 
basic chemicals, so would recommend just supporting Canadian businesses.
