 Thank you Tracey for speaking up. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience not only on behalf of your self but  all the wome in apiculture. 
Another role most us ignor how many women do apiculture research, education and extension to help the new generation to become good beekeepers and safe the bees. You may call it the production of honey chain. Each one plays a role in this industry and should be commended for their contributions.
