I am cranking up oxalic acid vaporizing (OAV) in North Carolina and want to
start a thread on any updates on OAV anyone is going to use this year.
I have to say I like the results but hate suiting up and putting on the
full face gas mask in our hot and humid weather! I am using a ProVap unit
connected to a small Echo generator and it works well in hot weather. As
the unit ages the Provap lip has loosened up and is less prone to 'pop'
when something clogs the discharge tube so it is marginally less
dangerous. I do have problems with clogging in cold weather and carry a
blow torch to clear the tube when it stops up. Much better than using
wires or pipe cleaners.
I am curious if anyone on the list is using any of the fogging OA
vaporizers? How about dosages of OA? What are people using? Also, on the
ProVap what do you think is the optimal vaping temperature? The question
in the field is how long to wait for temperature recovery after a dose is
delivered.
