Yes, I am also aware how the term human "race" is a misnomer considering DNA proximity.  I wouldn't be surprised at all seeing golden Carniolans or black Italian strains at all.  Similarly, the "good" trait of Carni's shutting down during dearth cannot be "good" at all in the south as Italians will run over them as the latter, to anthropomorphize, maintains a huge family, including cousins, uncles, grandparents, aunts, etc.
