Expecting to change the course of evolution two deadouts at a time is comical.
Hoping to change the course of evolution with 22 deadouts and 1 "survivor" elegantly demonstrates that the oft-maligned p-value threshold of p = 0.05 still has value.
Changing the course of evolution with CRISPR, TALENs, and meganucleases seems almost inevitable for every animal of value to man.
Warre, in his book "Beekeeping For All", advocated a new type of beehive as the cure for all ills, and advised his readers to NOT experiment in a section entitled "Do Not Try To Experiment", despite his assurances that his own experimentation, leading to the development of the Warre hive, was conclusive, based upon his "350 hives of different systems", consisting of 10 different types of hives, and two Warre hive variants.
