I agree with Dick that installation of an Apivar strip is the easiest and
most effective.
You could pull it out after a few days, since all the mites would be dead
by then.

If you don't want to use a synthetic miticide, and OA dribble or spray has
little noticeable effect upon the bees, and if applied upon installation,
there would be no brood present.  We don't notice any setback of our nucs
due to OA dribble.
I haven't yet personally tried the 20ml version.
