I love this statement. I read work from all over the world and some of it doesn't make much sense, possibly "lost in translation." However, in this case, I was trying to show that not everyone agrees that honeydew honey is harmful.
I suspect that not all honeydew honey is the same, in terms of chemical constituent, and some of it may be very harmful to bees if it is their sole source of food.
I have talked with Canadian beekeepers who remove *all honey* in the fall and feed pure sugar, which probably is the safest food for long very cold winters. I don't do this, preferring to harmonize with nature as much as possible.
