2. At what rate can one expect OAV to kill brood, and if it kills brood, of what age(s)?
I've never observed brood kill or any other adverse effects on brood with OAV performed (as I'm sure we are all assuming) with a wand-type (Varrox) or band-heated vaporizer (ProVap 110).
Insect foggers are another story, I'm sure. There seem to be a lot of videos about using a fogger with oxalic dissolved into alcohol, and sprayed into the hive using the fogger. Wouldn't this method possibly dry out the brood??
