> Hi all
> I am on the road from NY to VA. I thought I would start to see black locust in bloom. Has anyone seen any or is this an off year?

Mr. Borst,

Black Locust stopped blooming in the Richmond, VA area 2-3 weeks ago. This spring has been consistently warmer than usual. There was black locust blooming in WV Memorial Day weekend at 1900 feet elevation.
