Perhaps BIP could help us out on a link to good visuals on these
differentials?

I have a copy (once had several but gave most away) from BIP titled Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Honey Bee Diseases by Ben Sallmann and Rob Snyder.  Edited by some known player including my some times/ part time boss.

We obtained these not just for the nice picture of the disease but the back side of pages are in Spanish...
