I made a list a few years ago for an ABJ article. I haven't kept it up to date (i.e. varroa came to Fiji in 2015). No hive numbers,  but here are a few leads

Fiji (now with varroa)

Aland Islands (Finland)

Newfoundland, Canada
Maui, Kauai and Molokai (Hawaii)
Robben Island, South Africa
Parts of Northern Sweden
