I've been cooking up some estimates of the number of Varroa-free colonies on the Planet outside of Australia. Here's the results.

Newfoundland and Labrador (Canada) ~800 production colonies

Quessant (France) ~ 180 colonies

Isle of Man (UK) ~800 colonies

Colonsay (Scotland) ~60 colonies

Chatham Island (New Zealand) ~100 colonies

Comoros (Indian Ocean) ~300 colonies

Seychelles (Indian Ocean) ~800 colonies

Rodriques (Indian Ocean) ~2250 colonies, as of 2010

That's a total of ~4,500 production (managed) colonies outside of Australia that remain Varroa-free. Wow!

Is any place missing from this list? References provided upon request.
