Colorado - nothing. There is a bee and bee product act, but the Dept of Ag
is planning to strike it entirely this Thursday, not having consulted the
beekeepers or anyone on the board of the Colo SBA. There hasn't been any
funding since the late 80s when laws were passed repealing all state
support for agricultural industries, requiring them to fund themselves. No
apiary registration, no inspection, no regulation or tracking of bees into,
out of or around the state.
Cheers,
