I believe it was Collison's "What Do You Know?" book that indicated that
the butyric products have an effective temp range of 80-95 degrees, while
the "cherry-almond" scented products have an effective temp range of 65-80
degrees (at least I think it was Collison's book). I haven't tested those
temps myself, but personally if the fume board isn't hot and sitting in the
sun I have a hard time getting it to work (regardless of butyric or
"cherry" type).
