<><><>   Alabama has a law that prohibits the importation of bees on comb into Alabama from out-of-state.  To by-pass that law requires a lot of jumping through hoops and is very time consuming. Or, a case of breaking the law.  That being said, very few, if any, hives migrate out of Alabama.
