I am not certain what all there is this to do about quotation or non quotations and do wonder why quotation marks are still not acceptable. Brackets or them little errors are something else and can be useful for any number of reasons and who may I ask gave someone the authority to change the rules of standard English grammar? <not that I plan to adhere to anyone's rule book too closely>. The problem with no quotes is then there is no way to figure out who someone's remarks are direct to or the details a response is focused upon. Just my two denaro!
