I've had good success by dissolving the tablespoons in a cup of sugar
syrup, and then pouring it over the cluster. None makes it to the bottom
board. Repeat every 4 days.
Also very good success by applying 200 mg by dust, and at the same time
applying an additional 400 mg as grease patty. This makes for an initial
shot of antibiotic, followed by the extended dosing, and requires only one
trip to the hive.
