Folks, I have been very lenient on quotes lately and frankly it is getting
out of hand. The last post quoted 3 paragraphs of previously posted
material to ask a one sentence question.

 1.  Do not include excessive quotes of previous submissions.
     If  you  must quote previous postings, include only what
     is necessary to make your point.   Submissions that  in-
     clude  the  entirety  of previous posts will be rejected
     without comment or notice.

The point is to keep quotes to a minimum. I'm old school. I cut my teeth on
the fledgling days of the internet where the Subject: header was sufficient
to set the tone and email was the meat and potatoes. Think Tweets. Think
minimize. I have enough to review without having to read everything three
or four or more times.
