The actual quote was:
"Without beer, in 4 years man will perish."
Why not, since the oft-quoted statement was made up (when that specious quote first showed up, I contacted the Einstein library - the old guy never kept bees nor made any statements about bees).  The quote was eventually traced to a group who made it up to support their own biases.  However, if we're going to make up quotes, I'm sure Al would like Steve's version, might even wish he'd made the statement.
