Perfect - one can see the bees flying to the cage. I've received boxed packages of 100 queens that when opened had only a few queens attracting the loose bees shipped with them. The entire box could be set on the tailgate in a stockpile yard with 1000 colonies, and hardly any bees went to the queens.
I look for queens like you show in your picture. One needs to keep a box of 100 of those queens in the cab of the truck just to keep from pulling in a mob of bees. Put one of the good ones in your shirt pocket, and you'll have bees following you around, trying to get into the pocket.
