No major source of honey. White clover, basswood, black locust, birdsfoot trefoil, various berries, and wild flowers contribute to producing a mixture of honey.
My main source of honey is purple loosestrife and Japanese Bamboo, both "invasive" species. Bees do not work white clover in my area - some say it is too acid here and bees don't like it. Brambles are important in the spring. Basswood and Black Locust are hit and miss here. No trefoil in my area.
