I am pretty sure that the vidio shows killing of the bees with sulfer strips at about the 4min 10 second mark.

Abby warre in his book mentions that when young, that is how they killed the hives for honey harvest. I have read it several other places also. There is a tutorial on beescource of its use as wax moth protection of stored comb and I have seen it elsewhere. They use the strips for the wine making industery for making wine barrels bug free. I looked them up and they did not seem to be very expencive compared to something like dry ice.
I am not promoting thier use but more wondering why the use of sulfer has fell out of vogue?
Cheers
