I made wind boards after seeing them in the states. Same as a fume board
but deeper ( l used 1/2 boxes) and with a 4" hole in the top in which
you insert a plastic 90o bend. This bend you point towards the wind.
>The dictionary of beekeeping can be confusing. What you describe above I would call a 'breeze board' which is not to be confused with 'breeze boards' used by folks long ago in set down operation in the arid southwestern US. I have used the latter but not the former. I am guessing you are in some place where a fume board will not work? Or is there some other limitation that requires you to use a 'breeze board' vs a fume board?
