You very likely won't see this unless you plant it yourself,, sainfoin,, Onobrychis viciifolia
Depending on when it is cut, it can give a "shit-load" of honey, late cut 2 boxes extra
The bloom is protracted, maybe a month
I have grown ~ 8 acres in the past,, does not give the hay yield of alfalfa (2/3-3/4)
Reputed to be quite healthy forage
Honey quality, IMO, is 8/10. Fairly quick soft granulation
A bit tricky to get a good catch, not as hard as trefoil
