Once upon a time I did a pollen analisis of one of my honeys. It was one of
the first Tiaca (Cladcluvia paniculata) honey I ever produced.

I tought, well at that time the mountain is quiete monofloral so it should
be rather easy.
In fact it had only 5 different pollen sources but 3 of them were from
european Origin.
ir took me ages to realice that.
