The 'cure' for a list as long as they propose is simply conjecture. 

my comments...
I received a letter last week from a beekeeper in Michigan that made claims they had a product that would cure a similar long list of bee maladies including american foul brood.  Then the made the related claim that the state bee inspector how allowed this 'cured' hive to be shipped to Florida.  I ran the letter by the state bee inspectors here and they thought if this did happen it was a crime.

It does seem the commercial hall at the national conventions are being over run by sellers of snake oil with little or no evidence to  inform folks of exactly what a product actually does.
