It is really hard to get past the noise.  All over the internet it is clearly explained all you need to do is get rid of foundation, stop feeding toxic sugar that is bad for them, stop treating for mites or anything else you might have considered treating like AFB I suppose and stop testing for mites or anything else and the bees will recover if you do not have too much neonics in your neighborhood.  People do not want to hear their bees are too damned dumb to read the internet and follow the directions found there.
