Not to worry,
I've just finished my yearly stretch of Fall Fairs frequented by a great
cross section of the public.
I do really well. And the rest is at the farm gate so to speak.
Many do not want "pasteurized", Many want "raw" and on and on and on it
goes.
So I tell them I milk every bee by hand right into the jar.
Humour goes along ways but then I have their attention and ask politely if
they have two minutes
.
I begin to educate.
All of those walk away knowing and feeling comfortable about the "facts".
I also asked them why it says on their toothpaste tube , "do not swallow"
and the "significance " thereof, so why worry about something that today's
insturmentation
finds. So what is the significance thereof?
Most do not even know what honey comprises of.
And all along allot of myths get dispelled.
Seems the special interest groups find their prey ..
