Randy,  how do we  as beekeepers  present a list of things we want/need  instead of reviewing proposals?

For example some of Amy Toths work from last year really needs to be explored more,  and Doug Sponsler has some work that could use a lot more follow up?  I am sure you have a list,  and of course those of us in the Midwest would like more info.

another example would be if the BIP colony loss data was broken down by regions. ( we might see some trends that would implicate or clear some pesticides).  

So how do we as a group of beekeepers present a united front on what are priorities?
