Do any of our commercial beekeepers have an apprenticeship program in place?  

Yup,  its called a Job!....  Not many jump at the chance to work like a dog for little pay and getting stung a lot.   Most that do drop out when it comes time to put their own money on the line....  

A select few do graduate though!  If I recall its like .0003% of the population.
