Thanks, everyone, great input. My situation is that, for now, my equipment sits in a section of the garage addition we built last year. So, I can't bolt pieces to the floor, as it is already in place. My extractor is screwed down to a heavy pallet, which keeps it from moving. May do the same for the spinner, but I like the idea of screwing/bolting it to a piece of plywood with rubber underneath. Might try the casters with pieces of rubber matting underneath them. Either way, will definitely add the linoleum on top to make cleanup easier.
