First, my apologies for disobeying the first law of the BeeList- to reply
to an off topic answer thereby furthering the off topic discussion.
Unfortunately the issue was not CC but that they put down those who
disagreed with them, which is not good science.
I have been with the list for a long time, even before Moderators. The
Moderators have done a wonderful job keeping the list clean and I can see
why they occasionally allow some stuff which has nothing to do with bees,
and controversial diversions such as Climate Change to get by, because the
rest of the post has value. Truth is, CC has been in the noise for most of
the life of the list. It is a diversion with more heat than light (pun
intended).
I could ask for all to try and keep not bee related CC out of the posts but
that flies in the face of human ego, so from now on, I will quote the not
bee related climate change paragraph and invoke Barros' Law.
Since this post talks about not bee related CC, I invoke Barros' Law.
