Burning plastics can produce a lot of different gasses depending on what plastic burned and what additives were in the plastic to allow processing into the use item and fire proof it or protect from UV in sun light. You can get carbon monoxide from most any burning plastic. Vinyls will put out a lot of hydrogen chloride gas. Urethanes make some cyanide. So, it is impossible to really know exactly what your hives were exposed to. Most of the possible exposures should either rapidly kill the hive or the hive should survive. A delayed reaction does not seem likely to me but I would not say impossible either. In any case about all you can do is wait and see what happens and hope no more have a problem.
