Yes, the IGR was Dimilin, suggested by a few PCA's to be added to the tank
mix in order to control peach twig borer--that is, until some of us
researching the problem (I can't divulge who tipped us off, since it was a
scientist from a competing pesticide manufacturer who made the discovery)
realized what was happening.
The PCAs and almond growers were immediately made aware of this, e.g.

Some growers may not have yet gotten the message, but I'm not hearing many
reports of the signs of Dimilin poisoning.
