Work by Mattila suggests no benefit to going longer. Feeding will
encourage broodrearing, also know as "production of varroa fodder." It
will also stimulate nosema infection. I suggest getting any feeding, if
necessary, done prior to the killing frost, unless you have a specific
reason for feeding.
