It's the fibers, any non woven (random strand)materials will work, Yarn
even works. As the bees chew it it gets "fluffy" and the beetles have
backwards hooks on their legs.
Unscented plain, is best. Swiffers are just easy to find. But chubs
towels or any other non woven shop towels work also.

Is it just the microfiber that traps the beetles or is there a chemical
also?
