I set my dehydrator to 105-110 with the front open. It takes a loooong
time but works. I leave it in the clamshells so junk doesn't get into it.
I placed a container in front once that blocked the airflow and it all
liquefied (wax too). I've no experience with a closed system like a
fridge, but I would guess the same temperature would work, though anything
too close to the bulb might be in danger. It always took me at least 48hrs
for the individual clam shells sometimes longer.
