The colony in question was installed on drawn comb with plenty of food and pollen resources. The unseasonably cold weather could be a factor placing stress on the already stressed colony. It seems the DWV could have arrived with the bees, but would only become apparent under these stress conditions. I will watch to see if the colony recovers as the stressful weather improves. Thanks for the input.
