I've explained at length how "use" is not properly covered by FIFRA, I've
cited the appropriate statutes, I've even quoted the EPA itself making
precisely this point.
While I understand that it is an obscure point, overlooked by many, I fail
to understand why there is this refusal to accept the fact that the law has
loopholes in it.
So let me quote Peter Borst's post in this thread:
"You have provided no concrete evidence...
If you have it, present it."
Show me where in FIFRA, "use" is mentioned, and how a pesticide with a
revoked registration is still subject to control over how existing stocks of
the pesticide is used.
