"Not sure the claims regarding bee losses are current ..."

Since when do the claims of environmental organizations need to be accurate?
The impending extinction of honeybees (with mankind soon to follow) is just
their latest apocolyptic fundraising engine. Once it fails to materialize
they will move on to something else. No explanation, no apology, and
unfortunately no loss of credibility from environmental "reporters".
