Depends what temperature the bottles will stand before they deform.

Some granulated honey can be very difficult to re-liquefy if it has formed very hard glucose crystals.  Could be best to warm, pour the honey out of the jars through a strainer and then add to another batch.  You will lose some of the glucose so check the water content carefully.
